This page summarises the registration fees and the step-by-step process to apply for the iRoboCity2030 Summer School 2026. Deadlines will be confirmed by the organisation.

Fees
Fees include all course materials, coffee breaks, meals, and social dinner. After registration you will receive an invoice. Payment must be done within 14 days. Fees include VAT. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Registration process
Registration is handled in four steps. Your place is only secured after payment is received and confirmed.
1) Application
Fill in the application form with your details. If the programme reaches capacity, applications will be queued in a waiting list.
2) Pre‑confirmation
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation that your application has been received. The organisation may contact you if additional information is needed.
3) Payment
After registration you will receive an invoice. Payment must be done within 14 days.
Make a bank transfer to the following bank account:

Then email the payment proof to irobocity2030@gmail.com.
4) Attendance confirmation
Once payment is verified, you will receive the final confirmation to attend. Participants who have not paid by the payment deadline will not be confirmed, and their place will be reassigned to the next person on the waiting list.
